A very stylish villa boasting gorgeous Moroccan décor and beautiful gardens. My friends and I were thoroughly spoilt by Souad and Latifa. We enjoyed breakfasts on the roof terrace, lunch served in the leafy garden and suppers under the moon light. The days were so varied, we bartered in the Marrakech Market, trekked part of the Atlas Mountains, visited the coast at Oulidia, which is a World Heritage site with a dramatic coastline and masses of birdlife, always to return to our charming peaceful retreat – G and T’s on the table and the smell of home cooking. We leave feeling truly holidayed, relaxed, well looked after. A wonderful villa with all the right ingredients. A breath-taking setting, a beautifully cultivated garden a peaceful and much enjoyed swimming pool. We have been spoilt by Fatima and Souda who have gone out of their way with huge attention to detail in all that they do. We hope we might return next year for another dose of this tranquil and rejuvenating place.

This was my second year in a row staying in the beautiful Dar Tamazerte and it lived up to and even exceeded my expectations. You will not find a more stunning location in which to relax on holiday with your friends and family. The villa, situated in the most resplendent surroundings, is incredibly comfortable, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the food is delicious. We were recommended a couple of restaurants in Marrakech to eat out at in the evenings which not only produced the most delicious food but were also hugely entertaining, we had two very enjoyable evenings during our stay. Dar Tamazerte is a home from home, a hidden oasis set in the most tranquil of surroundings, all being well we shall be returning next year! I cannot recommend it more highly

For the first time in our life we have succeeded in cultivating laziness to ‘a state of mind’. The whole villa and its fragrant garden invite to relax, to read in the breeze, to enjoy the wonderful climate. Obviously you can’t miss Marrakech and its Souks and the mountain walks in the Ourika valley but enjoying life at the villa is simply fantastic. Also un ‘tres tres grand merci a Fatima et Souda: They are the heart and the spirit of Dar Tamazerte. Great food and exceptional service!

The whole trip was a dream! We all needed a long awaited ‘’break’’. A few days here gave us that plus calm, beauty, birdsong, attention to detail, exquisite taste everywhere, wonderful garden (inspiring!) and a memorable birthday.

Well, needless to say none of us wants to go home!. We have loved and fully appreciated all that you have created here – a real oasis of calm where we have been able to unwind instantly. It is not easy to travel abroad with three small boys and find the perfect balance of luxury accommodation, varied and exciting activities for children, complete security, wonderful cooking that everyone will love, and guaranteed sunshine! Amazing….with small children I had not previously thought I could afford a fully staffed house. Dar Tamazerte comes with a cook and a maid…both completely charming so tables are laid, food appears and everything is done with such style (Yes even flowers and fresh linen) Pure luxury a completely fantastic experience at any time of year and especially to pick up some winter sun. Extremely well appointed and maintained villa in a peaceful location yet within easy reach of the airport, Marrakech and the Atlas Mountains. The food provided by the friendly and flexible staff was of an excellent standard. The gardens were lovely and provided an ideal place to relax either the pool, there were good outside shaded areas provided as well as places to catch the sun. What a total pleasure! I have been to Morocco several times travelling, but this experience is the other extreme if you want to be utterly relaxed, totally spoilt and completely on holiday in a spectacular part of the world – bliss! The villa is just lovely and everything you could possibly want is on hand, & if not, one of the courteous and friendly staff will assist – even though you never seem to see them! The food is exceptional & the location is extraordinarily beautiful; with the backdrop of the Atlas mountains and the stunning surrounding gardens, this is outside dining at its best. Just to say thank you for an absolutely fantastic two weeks at Dar Tamazerte. We had a wonderful time, made especially so by the outstanding care from Latifa and Souad. This villa is fabulous, spacious and serene with every possible attention to detail, the property inside and out exceeded all expectations. I’ve travelled extensively and rented many villas, this was by far the most luxurious and comfortable place I’ve ever stayed. This is the perfect place to relax, away from the crowds of Marrakech. I spent a very luxurious holiday in the villa where everything was at hand and everything was catered for. The pool and lying out beds were heavenly, the decoration and decor was like something out of a glamour magazine. The food and service was exceptional. We stayed there for a week – 4 adults and 3 children (2, 8 & 11). The villa is wonderful and makes you feel like you are living the lifestyle of the rich and famous! The pool is wonderful and was suitable for all 3 children (and us!) The villa is spacious, beautiful bedrooms (all with airconditioning) and has a tv/dvd player (with dvds!) plus lots of books to read. Breakfast is included in the rate and is served when reqeusted. Fresh orange juice, moroccan pancakes, fresh fruit, fresh bread etc. Lunch included soups or salad starters, and a hot meal (e.g. tagines). Dinner was three courses with soup or salad starter, hot main and desert. The food was good and we were asked if we had preferences. Coffee and tea were served throughout the day when requested. The villa is about 30 minutes from Marrakesh so we spent an afternoon shopping there, and went in one evening for dinner (a little daunting with 3 children, but fun nonetheless).
